Kirklea
Kirklea is a semi-detached cottage in Wishaw. It's on a corner plot, so you get a bit more garden at the side and back. The garden's enclosed and a decent size.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One's a double, the other has twin beds. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable. The living room is a good size with a Smart TV. The kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher and washing machine.
You can bring one dog. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and everything is on the ground floor except the bedrooms, which are upstairs. The stairs are standard.
For location, it's really about the roads. You're minutes from the M74 and M8, so getting around is easy. Glasgow is about half an hour's drive. Edinburgh is under an hour if the traffic's okay. For a day out, the New Lanark World Heritage Site is about twenty minutes away. If you like walking, the Clyde Valley is close by.
In Wishaw itself, there are shops, pubs, and restaurants a short drive away. There's local fishing and horse riding if you're into that. A golf course is nearby too.
