Poppy Cottage Hurworth on Tees

Poppy Cottage is in Hurworth on Tees. It's a terrace house, right in the village. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One double and one twin. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped.

The living room is at the front. The kitchen and dining area are at the back, with doors out to a small enclosed patio. It's a good spot for a coffee in the morning. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There are three pubs in the village, all within a few minutes' walk. They all do food. A good local walk is along the River Tees, which is just down the lane.

For days out, you're well placed. Darlington is about ten minutes in the car for shops and the mainline station. The coast, like Seaton Carew, is under half an hour's drive. The North York Moors are about a 25 minute drive to the south, and the Yorkshire Dales are about 45 minutes to the west.

We accept up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on the street outside the cottage.
