Colzium Farmhouse
This is Colzium Farmhouse. It's in Harburn, West Lothian. You're about a half hour drive west of Edinburgh, but you'd never know it out here. It's a big, old place that's been done up, detached, with five acres of its own land.
It sleeps up to twenty one people. There are nine bedrooms and five bathrooms, split between the main house and an annexe next to it. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well equipped, not a show home.
The big thing is the function room. It's a large space where everyone can sit down together, for a meal or just to watch a match. The front lawn is good for a barbecue if the weather plays ball.
You're at the foot of the Pentland Hills here, so the views are all fields and hills. It's very quiet. It works well for big family groups or friends wanting a place to themselves, away from town.
Edinburgh is your main day out, about thirty minutes by car. You've got the city centre, the castle, and everything else. Livingston is closer for shopping. Stirling and Glasgow are both under an hour's drive if you fancy a change.
For facilities, you've got the basics covered: WiFi, TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, parking for everyone. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. You can bring up to three dogs.
