Learag

Learag is just outside Culbokie village. It's a detached bungalow, completely on the ground floor, which is handy. The place sleeps four in two bedrooms: one double, one twin. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-looked-after.

The main living space is open plan. Big windows look out over the fields towards Ben Wyvis. You've got the kitchen, dining area, and living space all in one room. The sofa faces the view. The shower room has a walk-in shower.

Outside, there's a deck at the front with a glass railing so you don't block the view. Round the back, there's a patio with a table and chairs, and even an outdoor sofa. There's a shed for bikes or golf clubs.

Culbokie has a village shop and a pub, both about a five-minute drive. For a bigger shop, Dingwall is about ten minutes away. Inverness is twenty minutes south, over the Kessock Bridge. It's got the usual city things: supermarkets, cinemas, restaurants.

You're in a good spot for exploring. Cromarty, with its historic town and dolphins, is about twenty minutes. The Black Isle generally is good for wildlife. Dornoch, up north, is about forty-five minutes if you fancy its beach or cathedral. Loch Ness is about half an hour's drive if you want to go and look.

Facilities: there's parking right outside, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
