The Garden Flat Ardullie

The Garden Flat is a ground floor apartment in Ardullie Lodge, up on the hillside near the Cromarty Bridge. The Lodge is old and listed, you'll see it from the bridge as you come north. It's our place.

It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both beds can be set up as twins or doubles, just let us know. There's one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main thing is it's clean, warm, and comfortable. We allow two dogs.

The living room has patio doors straight out into your own enclosed garden. It's a good size, fully fenced, so it's safe for dogs and kids. There's a wood burner for the cooler evenings. The kitchen has what you'll need.

Beyond your garden, you're free to wander the wider lodge grounds. There are old trees, lawns, and quiet spots to sit. It's very peaceful.

Location wise, you're right on the NC500 route. Turn left out of the drive and you're on it. The Black Isle is just over the bridge, maybe three minutes drive. Rosemarkie beach is about twenty minutes. Inverness is twenty minutes south. Loch Ness is about half an hour.

Heading west, you can get to Ullapool in under an hour. Applecross or the bridge to Skye are about an hour and a half. Dornoch is forty minutes east.

Facilities include the wood burner, a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside the door. The entrance and the shower are wheelchair accessible.
