Forest Close
Forest Close is in Longbenton, on the edge of Newcastle. It's a detached house, one of four on a little private road. It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. Two are downstairs, which is handy.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It's not posh, but it's got everything you need. The garden is off the living room through patio doors. It's enclosed.
Inside, it's just a good, solid house. Plenty of space for everyone to sit around. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside.
You're in a quiet spot but Newcastle city centre is a very short drive away. Ten minutes, maybe. The Quayside and the bridges are worth a look. All the shops and restaurants are there if you want them.
The coast is about fifteen minutes in the car. Whitley Bay has a good long promenade for a walk. Tynemouth is a bit further, but it's nice. There's a beach, the Priory, and some decent cafes.
If you're here for racing, Gosforth Park racecourse is practically on the doorstep, about three miles.

No pets, sorry. We do provide a cot if you need one. Bedding and towels are included.
