Forest Close Longbenton

Forest Close is in Longbenton, out towards the airport side of Newcastle. It's a detached house, one of four on a quiet private road. There's a garden and patio doors that open onto it.

The house sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, so a decent amount of space. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, not a city centre apartment, so you get a bit more room. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, which can be useful.

You're on the outskirts here, so it's a ten to fifteen minute drive into Newcastle city centre. The Metro is nearby if you don't want to drive. The coast at Whitley Bay is about six miles away, good for a walk on the promenade or fish and chips.

Gosforth Park racecourse is three miles away if that's your thing. For a day out, Tynemouth is worth a trip, about seven miles. It has the priory, a market at the weekend, and a long beach.

You're well placed for driving. You can head out to the Northumberland coast or inland to places like Hadrian's Wall within an hour. The National Trust sites on Hadrian's Wall are worth looking at.

For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for a couple of cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog.
