This is Quay Cottage. It's in Cramond village, which is part of Edinburgh but doesn't feel like it. It's right on the water, overlooking the harbour. You're about five miles from the city centre.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. The living room has a gas fire. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything's included, bedding and towels too.
The view from the back is the main thing. You look straight out over the harbour. There's a bistro at the bottom of the steps next to the cottage. A short walk along the front there's a local cafe and some quiet little beaches. The village has a historic church. For bigger shops, Davidsons Mains or Barnton are about a mile away.
You can get the bus into Edinburgh, or drive it in about fifteen minutes without traffic. Everything in the city is there, the castle, shops, restaurants. But here it's quiet. You can walk along the coast.
