Powderhall Brae is a first-floor flat in Edinburgh. It's light and spacious. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so sleeps five is about right. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The main living room has a small balcony you can sit out on. There's a piano, though I can't vouch for the tuning. The kitchen is a good size, big enough to cook in if you want to. The bedrooms are fine, comfortable.
You're not right in the city centre, which I think is good. There's on-site parking, which is a big help. You can walk into town if you're up for it, or there's a bus stop nearby. A shop and a pub are about half a mile away.
The flat's in a good spot for getting about. You can be at Edinburgh Castle or the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood without much trouble. The Royal Mile is between them, with all the usual things. The city's full of restaurants and pubs. If you're here during one of the festivals it gets busy, obviously.
If you want to get out of the city, you can drive to the coast at Portobello in about fifteen minutes. The Scottish Borders or the beaches and golf courses in East Lothian are about a thirty-minute drive.
Facilities are straightforward. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Electricity is included in the price. There's a highchair if you need one. No pets.
