Cleveland House is stylish, detached holiday home perfectly located for enjoying a jaunt down to the Surrey Hills or taking in the history at nearby Hampton Court Palace. Or you can catch the train from nearby New Malden train station in to central London in just 25 minutes. Carefully furnished and stylishly designed, Cleveland House has a well-equipped kitchen area open plan with the dining area which overlooks the enclosed lawned garden. The very welcoming living room features an electric fire and Smart TV, as well as comfy seating for relaxing on after a busy day. Downstairs is a separate toilet, and upstairs are three bedrooms, two with super kingsize beds and the third with a single bed. There is also a modern bathroom.
New Malden is a suburb of south west London in the Royal Borough of Kingston and in the historic county of Surrey. A short drive from New Malden is Kingston’s large shopping centre, historic Hampton Court Palace, Thames riverside walks, Richmond Park with its free-roaming deer, Wimbledon with tennis and Chessington World of Adventures. The High Street in New Malden is a very short walk from Cleveland House and has a selection of restaurants, takeaways, local shops and a post office. New Malden is also directly on the A3, a fast highway that runs from central London through New Malden and onwards to the M25 London’s orbital motorway only 10 minutes away, from where one can continue to Surrey’s beautiful hills, Heathrow and Gatwick airports, Windsor Castle, Legoland and Harry Potter Warner Studios.
