Walking through the front door, this property really opens up to an extremely expansive living/dining room, large enough to accommodate eight guests without feeling overcrowded. The kitchen is also located in this room but is cleverly hidden to the right-hand side of the property, and is very well-equipped with everything you need all positioned around the range cooker. Next to the kitchen is the utility room which houses a pair of washing machines and a tumble dryer.
All three bathrooms are finished to the highest standards with spacious showers, with two of them being en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have bunk beds, one has a double bed and the other can be arranged as twins or a zip and linked super kingsize bed. You have an enclosed garden with patio doors leading out to the lawned garden and some outdoor seating. The owner has thoughtfully left plenty to do for the children, with games and a keyboard to make it feel like your home from home. There is enough off-road parking for two cars, but the area has plenty of free on road parking close by, should you need it.
There is a bus stop directly outside the property with buses to take you straight into the city, making this an amazing base for a family to use if they are going to be talking trips into the capital this year. The host is superb, and she wants you to enjoy yourself and is conveniently located directly next door, should you need anything.
The property really has the versatility to accommodate a couple of families with their children and you have everything you need for a week’s stay whilst you visit London and everything that the capital has to offer. Enjoy the busy city and all its tourist attractions then retreat back to Rose Cottage where you can relax, whilst the children can safely enjoy the outside space with the trampoline and large enclosed garden.
