The Beach House at Whinthwaite is in Seascale, right on the Cumbrian coast. It's a big place, sleeps eighteen. It's detached. The garden is yours.
It's got nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Some rooms have their own bathroom, some share. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor. There are stairs, obviously, but they're normal house stairs.
There's a lot of space. Three kitchens, which is handy for a big group. Two living rooms. One has an open fire. Upstairs there's a games room with a pool table that swaps to air hockey.
At the back there's a patio with a hot tub and a big lawn. The sea views are good, especially from the top floor.
You're right in the village. The beach is a few minutes' walk. There's a shop and pubs nearby. Seascale golf course is walking distance.
For a day out, Drigg beach and its sand dunes are about a mile away. Muncaster Castle is a ten minute drive. The Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway, the La'al Ratty, is a short drive too, good for a trip into the valley.
You're well placed for the western Lake District. Wasdale and Eskdale are close. Scafell Pike is about a forty minute drive, depending on traffic.
Facilities: it's got the things you'd expect. Washing machine, WiFi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to four dogs. There's a cot if you need one.
