Cwm Dwr Bluebell Hut
Cwm Dwr Bluebell Hut is on our land in Dulas. It's a glamping hut in a field by the woods. It’s for two people.
You get the whole hut to yourselves. It's one room really, with the bed up on a platform. There’s a small kitchen area with a gas hob, a kettle, and a cold box with ice packs, not a fridge. The bathroom is en-suite, which is handy, with a proper hot shower and a toilet. It's got a wood burner for heat and there's a wood-fired hot tub outside.
The hot tub takes a while to heat up, so you need to plan that. Firewood for the burner and the tub is provided. The terrace is stone and has a barbecue. You're quite secluded here.
There's a local pub in the village, about a ten minute walk. It’s a proper old pub, does food. We’re in the countryside so you’ll need a car. The lane to the hut is a bit rough but fine if you take it slow.
You’re right on the border here. Offa's Dyke path is nearby for walks. Abergavenny is about a twenty minute drive, that's got shops and a market. For castles, there’s White Castle and Grosmont Castle very close by, they're ruins but interesting to walk around. The Brecon Beacons are about half an hour's drive if you want bigger hills.
The hut is 4 Star. Everything is clean and works. Bedding and towels are included. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. There’s parking right next to the hut.
