Greig House Farm Llangattock Lingoed

Greig House Farm is the attached cottage part of our farmhouse. We live on one side, you're on the other. It's separate, you've got your own door, but you'll probably see us coming and going occasionally.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and we try to keep it in good nick, it's just been redecorated.

The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the fields from the front. There's a wood burner in the old stone fireplace, which is nice in the evening. The French doors open onto your own bit of garden.

It's a proper old place, so mind your head on a couple of the beams. The doors are a bit low in parts too.

The village has a shop and a pub, both about two miles away. They're decent.

You're right on the border here, so it's good for exploring. The Wye Valley is on your doorstep. The River Usk is about nine miles. There's fishing, riding, that sort of thing, if you ask locally.

For days out, Abergavenny is close. The Brecon Beacons are within half an hour. Hereford and the Forest of Dean are about the same. Monmouth is a short drive.

What's here: wood burner, garden patio, TV, WiFi, washing machine, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
