The Old Workshop
The Old Workshop is in Bidford on Avon. It's a split-level place for two people, converted from an old garden workshop. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done to a high standard. Underfloor heating, that sort of thing.
You come in at the middle level. One set of stairs goes down to the bedroom. It's a super king size bed and has French doors to a private, walled courtyard. Another set of stairs goes up to the main living area. That's got a high, vaulted ceiling and a big window. You can see the river and the old bridge from there.
The stairs inside are a proper flight, but they're not too steep. Just something to be aware of.
You're right in the village. There are shops, a few pubs, cafes, and takeaways all within a short walk. The River Avon and the Big Meadow park are basically on the doorstep. Good for a walk or a picnic. You can hire kayaks or paddleboards locally.
Stratford-upon-Avon is about a ten-minute drive. That's where you'll find the Shakespeare stuff, the theatre, and more shops and restaurants. The northern Cotswolds, like Broadway and Chipping Campden, are about twenty minutes away by car.
For facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. There's an electric vehicle charger. One well-behaved dog is welcome. All bedding and towels are included.
