This is The Old Workshop in Bidford on Avon. It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two. It's on the grounds of the old vicarage, next to the church.
It’s split over two levels. You walk into a hallway. One set of stairs goes down to the bedroom. That’s got a super king bed and French doors out to a private walled courtyard. The other stairs go up to the main living space. That’s open plan with a kitchen, and the ceiling is high and vaulted. There’s a big window that looks out towards the river and the old bridge. It has underfloor heating.
You’re right in the village. There are a few pubs, a cafe, shops, that sort of thing, all a minute’s walk away. The River Avon is at the bottom of the road. There’s a big meadow park there for walks. You can watch the boats or hire a kayak.
It’s about a ten-minute drive to Stratford-upon-Avon. You’ve got the theatre and all the Shakespeare history there. The edge of the Cotswolds, places like Broadway, are about twenty minutes by car.
Facilities: it’s got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking and an electric vehicle charger. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
