New Inn House
New Inn House is in Rushford, near Stratford. It's attached to the main house, ours, but you've got your own separate entrance and gardens. It's quiet here, just fields.
It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, all done up last year with good showers. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, not done up like a show home.
The main thing is the space outside. There's about five acres of grounds, but your bit is the big terrace and garden. It faces south so it gets the sun. There's a heated swimming pool you can use, and a hard tennis court. The kids' play area has a trampoline, swings and a slide. There's also a games room inside with a full-size pool table.
Inside, there's underfloor heating downstairs. The wood burner works well. We provide bedding, and there's a washing machine and dishwasher. You can bring up to three dogs. Parking is right outside.
There are two pubs you can walk to. One does food. The nearest shop is about half a mile away.
For things to do, Stratford-upon-Avon is about a fifteen minute drive. All the Shakespeare stuff is there. Broadway and Cheltenham are within half an hour. The Cotswolds are right there for walking. If you fish, the River Avon in Evesham is about twenty minutes away and it's supposed to be good. There's a golf course four miles from here.
