New Inn House Rushford

New Inn House is in Rushford, Warwickshire. It's attached to our house, but you have the whole place to yourselves. We're set back from the road, so it's quiet. The view from the back is over fields towards the Cotswolds.

It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, all newly done. They're good quality, with powerful showers and underfloor heating.

The main thing here is the space outside. You get the run of about five acres with us. There's a heated swimming pool you can use, and a hard tennis court. For kids, there's a play area with a trampoline, swings and a slide. Inside, there's a full-size pool table. The garden has a big terrace that gets the sun.

There are two pubs you can walk to. The nearest shop is about half a mile away.

For things to do, Stratford-upon-Avon is the closest town. It's about a twenty-minute drive. All the Shakespeare stuff is there: the theatres, his house, that sort of thing. The Cotswolds are right there too, so villages like Broadway or Chipping Campden are easy to get to. You can be in Cheltenham or Worcester in under half an hour if you want a bigger town.

The area is good for walking. You can head into the Cotswolds or drive over to the Malvern Hills. There's a golf course four miles away. Fishing is good around Evesham.

Facilities: everything on the list is here and included. That's WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bike storage, barbecue, highchair, cot, stairgate. The bedding is all provided. You can bring up to three dogs.
