The beautiful garden to the side is fully equipped for having a barbecue, and an area for dining and relaxing as it is south facing and sheltered, it is a great sun trap for afternoon sun. In the rear garden there is a small stream that goes underground . At Avondhu House the growth of natural meadows in parts of the rear garden is encouraged and are clearly distinguishable by the longer grass and wild flowers. Here you will find natural rock formations, wood carvings, ornaments, trees and burrows. Please stay out of the long grass areas for your safety, as well as for the plants and creatures that live there. This is the perfect house for gatherings of friends and family or for special occassions. Full of luxury and charm this truly is the perfect getaway for those who love the Scottish landscapes.
