Glen Clova
This is Glen Clova. It's a modern lodge out near Forfar in Angus. It's detached, which is good. You've got space.
It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. That's handy. There's a sofa bed in the living area if you need an extra space, but it's really best for four. It's a four star place, so it's comfortable and has everything.
It's all on the ground floor. The main space is open plan. A kitchen, dining table, and sofa area all in one room. It gets warm quickly, there's a proper gas boiler. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are provided.
The place accepts pets. Up to two.
It's very easy to get to, just off the A90. Forfar is a few minutes away for shops. You're well placed for getting around. Dundee is about twenty minutes. You've got the V&A and the RRS Discovery there. Arbroath and its coast is maybe fifteen, twenty minutes. Further out, Perth is under an hour, and you can get into the southern Cairngorms or down to St Andrews in about the same time.
If you like golf, there's a course nearby. There's fishing and horse riding in the local area too. For walks and bigger days out, the National Trust for Scotland and Cairngorms National Park sites have good information.
