Meadowgreen Farmhouse is near a place called Caldhame in Angus. It's an old farmhouse that's been done up. It's on its own in the middle of farm fields, so it's quiet. You can see fields from the windows.
It sleeps six people, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and everything works. The stairs are mentioned as being a bit steep or open in the old description, so just a heads up on that.
You're about four miles from Forfar. That's where you'll find the main shops, supermarkets, and a few places to eat. There's a golf course and Forfar Loch there too, which is nice for a walk.
Being in Angus, you're right between the coast and the hills. The Angus coast, places like Lunan Bay, are about a twenty minute drive east. The beaches there are good. If you head west, you get into the Angus Glens for walking. Glamis Castle is close by, maybe a ten minute drive.
For longer trips, Dundee is about half an hour away. St Andrews and Carnoustie are within an hour if you're into golf.
What you get: there's parking right outside. A garden with a patio. It has wifi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. There's a woodburning stove for the colder months. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
