'Holdenby' is one of three glamping pods on our farm. It's a detached wooden lodge, so you're on your own out there. It looks straight out over the fields.
It sleeps three. There's one room with a double bed and the sofa folds out into another small double. It's open plan, so it's all one space. The bathroom is ensuite. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped but still quite simple.
You've got your own decking area outside with seating. There's a BBQ and a firepit you can ask for. Inside there's a small kitchen area, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right next to the pod.
The pod is on a working farm. You'll see sheep and cattle in the fields. You're welcome to wander the farm tracks and into the woods we have here. There's a natural spring on the land that feeds the River Nene.
If you're bringing horses, we have paddocks you can use. There are good hacking routes from the farm, and there's a riding arena here that you can book lessons in.
The local pub is about two and a half miles away in Ravensthorpe. It does food.
You're in a good spot for seeing some of the big houses around here. Althorp House is about fifteen minutes by car. Holdenby House is even closer, maybe ten minutes. Silverstone Circuit is about twenty minutes away.
