Coton
Coton is a glamping pod on Steepleton Lodge Farm in Ravensthorpe. It's one of three up here. The view from the deck is the main thing, just fields and sky. It's very quiet.
It sleeps three. There's one room with a double bed and the sofa turns into a small double. It's all open plan. Everything's included, like bedding and towels. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable for what it is.
You're on a working farm. You'll see the animals and the general comings and goings. There are woods to walk in right from your door, and paths across the farm land. There's parking next to the pod.
The nearest pub is about two and a half miles away, so you'll need to drive. If you're bringing a horse, that can be arranged. There are paddocks and hacking routes.
For places to visit, you're in a good spot. Althorp House is close by. Coton Manor Garden is just down the road. Silverstone is about a twenty minute drive. Northampton itself is maybe twenty five minutes. You can get to places like Castle Ashby or Kelmarsh Hall easily.
