Coton
Coton is a glamping pod on a working farm just outside Ravensthorpe. It’s one of three pods here, but it’s completely detached. You’ve got your own decking and outdoor seating.
It sleeps three. One bedroom with a double bed, and a small double sofa bed in the main space. There’s a shower room. It’s got a 4 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and well-equipped. Everything’s on one level.
The views are really good. You’re up high and it looks out over fields. You can see the farm animals. There are paths through the woods from your door, and you can walk to a natural spring that feeds the River Nene.
They keep horses on the farm, so you can bring your own. There are paddocks behind the pods and lots of hacking routes. You can also book riding lessons at their JK Equestrian arena.
The local pub is about two and a half miles away.
For things to do, Coton Manor Gardens are nearby. Althorp House is about seven miles. Silverstone Circuit is just over 15 miles away, maybe a 25-minute drive. You’re also not far from places like Holdenby House and Castle Ashby.
Included in the pod: bedding, towels, WiFi, and a TV. There’s parking right outside. You can add extras like a BBQ pack with meat from the farm. No pets.
