This cottage is number 15 Cairnbaan. It's in a small village right next to the Crinan Canal. You can watch the boats go by from the garden.
It sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable but not luxurious.
The garden faces south, so it gets the sun. It looks straight out over the canal. It's enclosed, so it's safe for kids.
There's a hotel with a pub about half a mile up the road. The village is quiet, but it's a good spot if you want to explore. Crinan beach is about four miles away. Lochgilphead, where you'll find the main shops, is three miles.
You can walk along the canal path, or use it as a base for seeing more of Argyll. There are lots of historic sites and gardens nearby if that's your thing. For a good walk with views, Kilmartin Glen is about ten minutes by car and has a huge number of ancient stones and cairns.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV, and wifi. Bedding is included. You can park right outside. There's an electric vehicle charger. No pets, I'm afraid.
If you're planning, the National Trust for Scotland website has information on local places like Crinan Canal itself.
