Tadpole Cottage At Frog Hall
Tadpole Cottage is over at Frog Hall, near Tilston in Cheshire. It's one of two cottages here. The other one, Tadpole Mews, is next door.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both en-suite, which is handy. It has a 4 Star rating. It's been done up well inside.
The main living area is upstairs. That was done to get the view over the fields and the church. It means the stairs are quite steep, just so you know.
Outside, you have your own patio and garden, and a private hot tub. There's parking right there. The owner lives on site if you need anything.
In the village, about half a mile away, there's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant. There's also a playing field with a kids' playground and a pump track for bikes.
You're about three miles from Malpas. It's an old market town with a Norman castle mound and timber-framed buildings. It has decent shops. Beeston Castle isn't far from there.
Chester is probably a 20-25 minute drive. You've got the zoo, the racecourse, the walls, and the shopping. Delamere Forest is about the same distance for walking or cycling.
If you head into North Wales, Wrexham is close. Llangollen is about half an hour away. You can look at the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct or get the steam train there.
For facilities: it has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage. It's listed as a luxury property, and it's got a Christmas theme if you're booking for then.
