Teenys Cottage
This is Teenys Cottage. It's in Breabost on Skye, up a single track road about halfway between Portree and Dunvegan. You're right on the shore of Loch Greshornish.
It's a detached stone cottage. Sleeps four. Two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well kept. There's a sun room on the side with a table. That's the spot to sit and look at the view over the loch. It's quiet.
The kitchen has what you need. Washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
You're a few minutes' walk from the water. The beach there is stony, not sandy. The nearest pub is about two and a half miles away in Edinbane. The shop is much further, in Dunvegan, so you'll want to bring supplies with you.
From here you can get to most places on the island. Portree is about a 25 minute drive for shops and places to eat. Dunvegan Castle is maybe 20 minutes the other way.
If you're here to walk, you're well placed. The Trotternish Ridge and the Quiraing are to the north. The Cuillin are to the south. Both are within half an hour by car.
No pets allowed, I'm afraid.
