Sealladh Breagh Glenuachdarach

Sealladh Breagh is a house in Glen Hinnisdal, which is on the Isle of Skye. It’s up a private driveway at the end of the road, looking west over the fields. It’s detached. The location is quiet. You’ll see sheep and cattle in the fields around you.

It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is downstairs with its own shower room. The other two are upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It’s modern and comfortable.

The main living room is in the middle of the house. It has a big wood burner and large windows with good views. The kitchen is at the back. It’s a farmhouse style, with a table. There’s a door out to a deck there, which gets the evening sun.

Upstairs on the first floor is a big open space. There’s a cinema area and a games room with a pool table and table football. It’s a good spot if the weather turns.

The owner lives on-site in another house. They’re there if you need anything, like advice on the local fishing.

You can walk straight from the door up onto the Trotternish Ridge. For shops, a pub, or a restaurant, you need to drive about six miles to Uig or Portree. The coast is about four miles away.

In terms of things to do, you’re well placed. The Fairy Glen is a few minutes’ drive away. Over the ridge to the east, you’ve got the Quiraing, the Old Man of Storr, and Staffin. You can be in Portree in under twenty minutes.

Facilities: there’s a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for a few cars. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
