With stunning elevated sea views over the Firth of Clyde towards Arran and the Kintyre peninsula, this spacious lower conversion is only a short stroll to the beach. On the Ayrshire Coastal Path, this is a hugely popular area with walkers of all abilities and the area has a large variety of birdlife and sealife with seals and porpoise being regular visitors. The sunsets over the Isle of Arran are truly something to behold. Ayrshire offers a varying coastline with villages, beaches and rocky coves to explore. Inland there is walking, cycling, gardens and castles to visit, riding, fishing, racing and a choice of golf courses, including the world famous Turnberry. Culzean Castle Country Park and Dumfries House are well worth a day out with tours available to book. Go island hopping with easy access to the ferries for the islands of Cumbrae, Arran and Bute, also the ferry over to Dunoon and the Cowal Peninsula. Glasgow, Edinburgh, Stirling and Loch Lomond National Park are all easily accessed for a day out and there are excellent train links from the town if you want to leave the car behind.
