Tigh Na Mara
Tigh-na-Mara is a detached villa located in Lamlash with beautiful views of Holy Isle. The property is spacious and bright and set within an enclosed mature garden giving guests privacy and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views, yet close enough to all local amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers everything you need for a self-catering holiday. Guests can dine together in the conservatory/dining room whilst taking in the views of Holy Isle. The living room has comfortable sofas for relaxing in and large windows which bring in plenty of natural light and beautiful views, making this room ideal for unwinding after a days activities and sightseeing. Bedroom 2 also enjoys views of Holy Isle and the twin room upstairs is the perfect spot for the kids to enjoy watching DVDs and having some space to themselves, especially after experiencing some of Arran’s many outdoors activities. To the front of the garden is a raised decking area allows guests to sit and look out to Holy Isle and relax. For those that enjoy being close to all amenities but like to stay in a private quiet position, Tigh-na-Mara gives you the best of both worlds, making this a great place for your Arran holiday.
Lamlash is within walking distance and has a pretty pebble beach, a pier and a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a children’s play park, tennis courts and even a golf club. The islands main village Brodick is 3 miles away and there are plenty of great walks leading from Lamlash.
