Shires Stable Adbaston

Shires Stable is one of five cottages here on the farm. It's a working farm. The cottage used to be a stable, it's a brick and tile conversion in the courtyard.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, with a proper kitchen.

You get a private patio area with a table and a barbecue. The courtyard garden is shared with the other cottages. You're welcome to walk around the farm fields and see the animals. There's a wooded bit by the stream for a picnic.

It's very quiet here. The lanes are good for walks or cycling. You can fish in the farm ponds. Horse riding and a golf course are within five miles.

For shops or a pub, you'll need to drive. The nearest are about six miles away.

Within half an hour you can get to a few things. Ironbridge Gorge is about 20 minutes. Alton Towers is about 25 minutes. Shrewsbury town is about 30 minutes. The RAF Museum Cosford is about 20 minutes away.

In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, parking right outside. We include all bedding. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
