Middle Cottage
Middle Cottage is on Church Lane in Easton on the Hill. It's end of terrace. There's a small yard garden out the back with a table and chairs.
It's been refurbished. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, with one bathroom upstairs. The bath has a shower over it. It's got a wood burner in the living room. There's a dishwasher and wifi. Towels and bedding are included.
You can bring one dog. We leave a stairgate and a highchair there if you need them.
The village has two pubs. The nearest is about 200 yards away, and it does food. There's a shop about 500 yards away.
You can walk or cycle straight out from the door into the countryside. Stamford is two miles away. It's a nice town with independent shops and places to eat. Burghley House is there.
Rutland Water is about a ten minute drive. You can cycle, walk, or do watersports there.
If you're travelling further, you're near the main train line. London is about an hour by train from Stamford. You can drive to places like Cambridge or Lincoln within an hour or so.
