This is Angel Lane, in Woodbridge. It's a small old cottage built for fishermen. It's on a quiet street.

You can walk to everything in Woodbridge. There are some good pubs and restaurants close by. The river is at the bottom of the street. It's on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so the walking is good right from the door.

If you drive, you can get to the coast in about twenty minutes. Aldeburgh and Southwold are good for a day out. Sutton Hoo is very close, that's the Anglo-Saxon burial site. The Orford Ness nature reserve is about half an hour away. Ipswich is twenty minutes in the other direction if you need a bigger town.

One thing to note: the listing says wheelchair accessible entrance, but the whole property is over three floors with those steep cottage stairs, so the accessibility is only to the front door.
