This is the Bryanstown Annexe. It's in Debach, Suffolk. That's about ten miles inland from the coast.
It's a detached single-storey annexe attached to our house. You get your own enclosed garden with a patio area. It looks out over our garden and the fields beyond. It's quiet. We're here if you need anything, but you have your own space.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One double, one twin. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's rated 4 Star. It's comfortable and clean, with everything you need. Everything is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs at all.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in Grundisburgh. The pub there, the Dog, does decent food. You'll need a car to get around.
If you like walking, you can start from the door. For bird watching, RSPB Minsmere is about a 30 minute drive. So is the National Trust's Dunwich Heath. For history, Sutton Hoo is about 25 minutes away.
The coast is about a 20-30 minute drive. You've got Felixstowe, Aldeburgh, and Southwold all within reach. Framlingham Castle is about 25 minutes inland.
It's a good spot for a quiet break. You're in the middle of the countryside, but you can get to a lot of places quite easily.
