It's called Rivendell Lodge but it's not a lodge in the woods, it's a bungalow in Leziate. It's detached. You've got your own garden and a hot tub out there.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The main bedroom and the wet room shower are on the ground floor, which is handy if stairs are a problem. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well done up and has everything you need.
The garden is south-facing, so you get the sun. It's at the back of our house, but it's separate and private. You can park right outside.
The local pub is about a ten minute walk. It does food. King's Lynn is a short drive for shops and supermarkets. The coast at places like Heacham or Old Hunstanton is about 20 minutes in the car.
If you like walking, the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coastal Path are both close by. For beaches, Old Hunstanton is good for sand and is a bit quieter. If you want to see the seals, you'd head to Blakeney point for a boat trip.
There are a few big places nearby if that's your thing. Sandringham House is about 15 minutes away. A bit further on, you've got Holkham Hall and the Blickling Estate.
What's here: the hot tub, off-road parking, an electric vehicle charger, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. We can take up to two dogs.
