Rivendell Lodge is in Leziate, west Norfolk. It's detached and sits behind our house, but it's completely private with its own garden.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, and there's a wet room there too, so it works well if stairs are a problem. It has a 5 Star rating, so everything is in good order.
The garden is lawned and has a hot tub. There's parking on the drive, and an electric vehicle charger.
You're about twenty minutes' drive from the north Norfolk coast. Hunstanton is the closest seaside town, with a beach and the usual seafront things. Old Hunstanton is nicer, just next to it. The coast path runs all the way along there.
King's Lynn is a ten-minute drive. It's a proper market town with supermarkets, shops, and places to eat. The National Trust's Peckover House is there.
Within half an hour you can get to Sandringham, which is the royal estate. Further along the coast, the RSPB reserve at Titchwell is good for birdwatching. The Peddars Way long-distance path is close by if you like walking.
For facilities inside: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. There's a stairgate if you need it.
