The Partridge
The Partridge is one of the barns at Ilsley Farm in East Ilsley. It's a working farm, so you'll see tractors about. The barns are in a row, and this one is at the end.
It sleeps twelve people. Six bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, so it's done up to a high standard. Everything is open plan downstairs. The kitchen is big, with a proper table. There's a patio out the back that gets the sun.
You're in the countryside here. The village has a shop and a couple of pubs you can walk to. For a bigger shop, Newbury is about fifteen minutes by car. They've got everything there.
The Ridgeway path runs right past the village. Good for walks. You're about half an hour from places like Highclere Castle, or Reading. Windsor is a bit further, maybe forty-five minutes if the traffic's alright.
Inside, you've got all the things you'd expect: a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TVs. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog.
