Shepherds Hut 2 At Laddingford Laddingford

Shepherds Hut 2 is out in Laddingford. It's a wooden hut, one of three. It's quiet. You get your own little decking area out the front.

It sleeps two. One room with a double bed, and the shower room is through a door right next to it. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's small, but it's well sorted and everything works. The bed takes up most of the room.

The living space has two chairs, a small table, and a TV. The kitchen bit has a microwave and a two-ring hob, so you can do basic meals. There's no proper oven.

There's a pub in the village, about a minute's walk. It's handy. You can walk through the woods from here to the Boathouse at Yalding, which does food. Yalding has a watersports place too if that's your thing.

Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Maidstone are all about 20 minutes away by car. Leeds Castle and Sissinghurst are half an hour's drive. The Sissinghurst Castle Garden website is worth a look if you're planning that.

Outside, you've got your private deck with a BBQ. There's a shared garden area as well, with a pond. You can hear the river from there.

Facilities: parking right there, bedding and towels are provided, TV. You can bring up to two dogs.
