Shepherds Hut 3 is in Laddingford, Kent. There are three huts on the site, spaced well apart, so you'll get your own space.
It's a 4 Star glamping hut. That means it's very comfortable but still simple. It sleeps two, one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The living space has armchairs, a small table, a TV, and a little kitchen area with a microwave and a two-ring hob.
The best bit is the deck outside. It's got a table and chairs for sitting out and there's a BBQ you can use. The communal garden looks onto a pond. You can hear the river nearby.
The village pub is just down the lane, no more than a minute's walk. You can also follow the footpath through the woods to The Boathouse at Yalding, which is about a 20 minute walk. They do food and drink, and they have a watersports centre.
By car, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Maidstone are all about 20 minutes away. If you want a historic day out, Leeds Castle and Sissinghurst Castle Garden are within a half hour drive.
The facilities are what you'd expect: bedding and towels are included, there's parking right next to the hut, and electricity is part of the price. You can bring up to two dogs.
