Woolhouse Barn
Woolhouse Barn is just outside Hunton. It’s next to our big old barn, which is Grade II listed. The barn was stables originally.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It’s got a 4 Star rating. We’ve tried to keep the feel of the old building but put in things you need, like proper heating and Wi-Fi.
You’re down a farm track. It’s quiet. The garden is yours to use. There’s a tennis court in the grounds you can book to use if you want. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There’s a washing machine too. Bedding and towels are included.
You can bring one dog. We have a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Hunton is a small village. There are good walks straight from the door. The countryside around here is nice. There are a couple of pubs within walking distance or a short drive.
You’re well placed for seeing things. Leeds Castle is about 25 minutes’ drive. Sissinghurst Castle Garden is just over half an hour away. The coast, around Rye or Camber, is about 40 minutes. You can get into London in under an hour if you drive to a station like Marden or Headcorn.
