Woolhouse Barn
Woolhouse Barn is in Hunton, which is a small village in Kent. It's just a street really, mostly houses and a church. It's properly in the countryside.
The barn sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so that's useful. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable.
We converted it from some old stables next to our own barn. It's a single storey, so no stairs to worry about inside. The ceilings are high, so it feels quite spacious. There's underfloor heating, which works well.
The garden is yours to use. It's got a patio with a table and chairs. If you fancy a game of tennis, there's a court on our grounds. You just need to ask us and we'll sort out the net and balls.
You're welcome to bring one dog. We ask that they don't go on the furniture and you clear up after them outside.
In terms of what's here, it's got what you'd need. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi, a TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you're bringing a little one.
The area is good for walking from the door. There are footpaths across the fields. The village pub is about a ten minute walk. It's called the King's Head and it serves food.
Maidstone is about a fifteen minute drive. That's where the big shops are. Leeds Castle is close by, maybe twenty minutes. If you like gardens, the Sissinghurst Castle Garden is about half an hour away. The coast is about the same drive, places like Whitstable or Rye.
