The Wheelhouse is in Kirk Yetholm, in the Scottish Borders. It's a ground floor apartment that used to be the wheel room of an old grain mill. The main room is open plan and gets good light.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. The shower is a walk-in. It's been done up and has a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable.
You've got your own private patio out the back. Parking is right there too.
The place is part of the main mill house, but it's self-contained.
The village pub and a restaurant are about 150 yards away. There's a shop half a mile up the road.
You're right at the end of the Pennine Way here, so it's good walking country. The owner has bicycle storage if you're bringing bikes. Fishing, horse riding, and golf are all available locally.
Kelso is about six or seven miles away. It's a nice old town on the rivers, with shops and places to eat. From here you can easily get into Northumberland as well.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included.
