Leygreen Farmhouse is on a lane just outside Beaulieu. It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls. It used to be a B&B, but now it's just a holiday house.
It sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms, six bathrooms. Five are en-suite, the other has a shower room right next door. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The kitchen is big, with an Aga and a breakfast bar. There's a separate dining room with a large table, and then a living room with an open fire. The garden is enclosed, with a patio and a barbecue.
You can arrange for a private chef to come in, if you want. That's a separate cost you sort out with the owner beforehand.
Beaulieu village is about a mile away. It's nice for a wander, has some shops and cafes. The National Motor Museum is there, which is a big day out if you're interested.
You're right on the edge of the New Forest. The ponies and cattle wander around freely, so you'll see them from the windows or if you go walking. There's loads of cycling trails and you can try things like canoeing or archery locally.
Lymington is about a fifteen minute drive. They've got the salt water baths there, with an inflatable course on the water and other activities. You can also get the ferry over to the Isle of Wight from there.
Other places within half an hour or so include Hurst Castle, Exbury Gardens, and the New Forest Reptile Centre. If you've got kids, Paultons Park with Peppa Pig World is about twenty-five minutes away. Bournemouth and its beach are about a forty minute drive.
Facilities wise: it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. It's set up for families.
