Blossom's Cottage
Blossom's Cottage is in Blackstone, near Albourne. It's on its own, and you get the garden to yourself. It's on our grounds, but it's private.
It's a single-storey place, so everything is on one level. It sleeps four, but that's with the sofa bed in the living room. There's one proper bedroom and one bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. It used to be a farm building for machinery and animals. Blossom was a goat who lived here years ago. Now there are sheep and pygmy goats in the field next door. You can see them from the garden.
The ceiling is vaulted with beams. There's underfloor heating and a flame-effect electric fire.
You're right on the edge of the South Downs National Park. There are footpaths and bridleways right from the door. You can walk or cycle for miles.
The village pub is a short walk away. They do food. Brighton is about a 20 minute drive if you want the seafront or the shops. Devil's Dyke is nearby for a good walk and a view.
For facilities, it's got the basics: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. The entrance and the layout make it suitable for wheelchairs.
