Rosie's Cottage
Rosie's Cottage is on our smallholding just outside Kilbirnie. It's semi-detached. You get your own garden and patio. The view from the back is over fields.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well fitted out. The stairs are standard, not especially steep.
The kitchen is a good size and has a dishwasher. The wood burner in the living room works well. There's a dining room with doors out to the patio. The hot tub is out there.
You're right in the countryside here. The old Paisley to Kilbirnie railway path runs past the bottom of the lane, so you can walk or cycle from the door. Castle Semple Country Park is very close, with the loch and walking trails. The RSPB Lochwinnoch nature reserve is just along the road.
For a day out, the coast at Largs or Irvine is about half an hour's drive. Glasgow city centre is roughly 40 minutes by car if you want museums, shops or a night out. There's a local shop and a couple of pubs in Kilbirnie, two miles away.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine. Parking for two cars. The garden has a barbecue. You can bring up to two dogs.
