Fair View Lairg

Fair View is a bungalow just outside Lairg. It's about a mile out of the village, up on higher ground. The views are the main thing. It looks out over open land and the sky feels very big up here.

It sleeps seven in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. Everything is on the ground floor. The rooms are all a good size. The living room is particularly large, with an open fire. The kitchen is farmhouse style with an island and a big table by the window.

Being out here, there's very little light pollution. The night sky is clear. You can often see the Northern Lights. You'll see red deer around, and lots of birds.

Lairg is called the crossroads of the north. The roads fan out from here. It's a good spot if you're exploring the North Coast 500 route, as you can drive out in different directions each day without having to move your base. The east, north, and west coasts are all within reach.

The village is about a mile away. There's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant there. It's on the east end of Loch Shin. The nearest beach is about fifteen miles.

Facilities: it's got parking, wifi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. The garden is enclosed. You can bring up to two dogs.
