This place is called Phil's House. It's in Lairg, up in the Scottish Highlands. It's a single-storey house, all on one level, which is handy.
There are three bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. It sleeps six. The whole thing is modern, eco-friendly and feels quite spacious.
The main thing is the view. You look out over the village, Loch Shin, and the hills. It changes all the time with the weather. There's a patio and a garden to sit out in.
It's detached, so it's just you. There's parking right there. The place is rated 4 Star. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It has things like a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's also a cot and highchair if you need them.
Lairg village is about a quarter of a mile away for shops and pubs.
If you're active, there's a lot right here. You've got forest trails for mountain biking, hill walking, and the loch for kayaking or fishing. There's a golf course nearby too. If you want to explore further, the north coast around Tongue and Durness is about an hour's drive. Inverness is roughly an hour south.
Reid's Cottage is next door if you have a bigger group and need two places.
