The Cart Linhay Meshaw

The Cart Linhay is in Meshaw. It's a one-bedroom place, sleeps two, attached to our house. We're on a quiet country lane, surrounded by fields. You get your own enclosed garden at the front.

It's a 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's all on one level. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a shower room, and an open plan living area. The WiFi works fine. You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included.

You can walk straight out onto the lanes from here. For shops, you'll need to drive to South Molton, about ten minutes away. The nearest pub with food is four and a half miles.

It's a good spot for exploring. Exmoor is about twenty minutes' drive. The coast at Woolacombe or Ilfracombe is about forty-five minutes. For local walks and history, the National Trust has information for Exmoor and Dunster Castle. Visit Exmoor's site is useful too: Visit Exmoor.

You can park right outside. There's a BBQ in the garden.
