Conifers South Molton

This is Conifers. It's near South Molton in Devon. It's half of a big Victorian farmhouse. We live in the other half. You'll see us about.

It sleeps ten people. That's four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a 4 Star rating. The place is clean and comfortable.

You need to drive up a steep country lane to get here. That's just how it is. Once you're here, you have about a third of an acre of garden and patio to use. The whole property sits in 17 acres of our farmland, so the views are just fields.

Inside, there's a woodburning stove, a TV, and WiFi. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. You can park right outside.

We allow one well-behaved dog. There's a pub a quarter of a mile down the lane.

South Molton is two miles away. It's a proper market town with a pannier market and shops. Barnstaple is about nine miles. It has supermarkets, a cinema, and a leisure centre with a pool.

You're about a 20-minute drive from Exmoor. The North Devon coast, like Woolacombe or Westward Ho!, is about half an hour's drive. Dartmoor is a bit further, maybe 45 minutes.
