This is Llwyn Du. It's on the edge of Abersoch, up on a bit of a rise. It's a big, detached house.
It sleeps eighteen, nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms. It's got a five star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable. Everything's included, bedding, towels, that sort of thing.
The main thing is the space. It's good for a big group because there's plenty of room to spread out. There's a games room. Outside, there's an enclosed courtyard with a hot tub that fits six. It looks out over the Abersoch golf course and you can see the sea from there.
Abersoch village is about a ten minute walk down the hill. It's got shops, pubs, places to eat. The Warren beach is about half a mile away.
It's good for all the things you'd come here for. The sailing clubs are there, you've got surfing at Hell's Mouth up the coast. Most of the coastline around here is National Trust, so lots of good walking. National Trust Wales has details. Visit Wales is useful for planning.
Facilities wise, it's got pretty much everything: dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi. There's on-site parking. It's wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, with a wet room and grab rails.
You can bring up to two dogs.
