Townsend Pod is in Moorlinch, Somerset. It's a single-storey barn conversion that used to be a cow shed. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, modern and comfortable.
The main room is open plan, with big windows that let in a lot of light. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. Outside, you share an enclosed lawned garden with the property next door. There's a barbecue and sun loungers. You've also got your own separate seating area at the front.
The local pub is about 200 yards away, around the corner. They serve food. The village is quiet, with a 13th century church. The nearest shop is two miles away.
For days out, Glastonbury Tor and the Abbey are a 20 minute drive. Wells Cathedral and the Bishops Palace are about 25 minutes. The city of Bath is around 45 minutes away. For walking, the Mendip Hills and the Quantock Hills are both nearby. The RSPB's Ham Wall nature reserve is close too.
Inside, there's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. No pets.
