Marstan House Hunger Hill

Marstan House is on Hunger Hill in Wrightington. It's a semi-detached house from the 1930s. Sleeps five, in three rooms. There's one bathroom.

It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, not luxurious. The garden at the back is enclosed, so it's safe for dogs and kids. Plenty of parking on the drive.

The place next door is Derby House. They've got a café and a food hall with a proper butcher. There are a couple of pubs in the village too, about half a mile walk.

You're less than two miles from junction 27 of the M6, so getting around is easy. Blackpool is about 40 minutes away if you want the lights or the Pleasure Beach. Liverpool and Manchester are both within 45 minutes. The Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales are just over an hour's drive.

Closer by, the Ribble Valley and the Forest of Bowland are nice for walks and country pubs. Haigh Hall Country Park is nearby and Martin Mere Wetland Centre is good for a day out.

Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and a cot if you need it. Bedding and towels are included. We take up to three pets. There's storage for bikes if you bring them.
