The Garden Retreat Marbury

The Garden Retreat is in Marbury. It's a single storey building, separate from our house but in our garden. It faces the village and you get a clear view over to the church and the mere.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a walk in shower. It's got a 5 Star rating, which is about the fixtures and fittings being high quality. Everything is on one level and the entrance is step free.

The local pub is a minute's walk away. They do food. The nearest shop is in Whitchurch, about three miles.

The patio and garden are for your use only. It's enclosed. There's a table and chairs out there, and a barbecue. You can sit and watch the boats on the mere. The canal runs right by the village too, so you can walk along the towpath. For longer routes, the Cheshire Cycleway is accessible from here.

If you want to drive out, Whitchurch is close. Shrewsbury is about half an hour and has a lot of history. The Lyme estate is within that drive time as well.

Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
