Faodail is in Plockton, on the loch side of the main street. It's a detached house, so no one attached. You can park two cars on the drive.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms across three floors. Two doubles, a twin, and a king size. There are three bathrooms, one on each floor, which helps with a group. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The stairs inside are proper cottage stairs. They're steep and turn corners. Something to be aware of if you have trouble with stairs.
The main living room and the kitchen both look straight out over the loch. You get a good view of the water and the hills from most rooms. The garden is enclosed and looks out onto the loch too. There is private parking and you have your own mooring if you come by boat.
You're right in the village. The shop, the pub, and a restaurant are about fifty yards away. You can walk to everything. Plockton itself is small. You can get boat trips from the pier to see the seals.
For getting out, you're well placed. The Torridon mountains are about half an hour's drive north. The bridge to the Isle of Skye is about twenty minutes south. Kyle of Lochalsh is just down the road for the supermarket.
Facilities are all here: WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs.
