Hill Mill Cottage is in Tresham. It used to be a watermill on a six acre estate. It's detached and sits by a lake, with woods around it. There's a fair bit of wildlife, mostly birds on the water.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything you need is there. It's just not massive.
It's very quiet here. You're off the main road, surrounded by fields. The Cotswold Way footpath is about a mile up the lane if you want to start a walk. The traffic noise you can hear sometimes is from the M5, a couple of miles away. It's just background.
Slimbridge Wetland Centre is about a ten minute drive. Westonbirt Arboretum is maybe twenty minutes. For a city day, Bristol, Bath and Cheltenham are all roughly 40 minutes by car. The nearest shop is in North Nibley, two and a half miles.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. The garden is yours to use, with a patio and a BBQ. There's a games room in an outbuilding with a pool table. You can store bikes. Parking is right outside. All bedding and towels are included. No pets, I'm afraid.
