The Pump House is in Hawkesbury Upton. It's my place. Detached, so you won't have neighbours through the walls.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. That makes mornings easier. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
The garden's a proper size, more like a paddock. There's a patio too. You might see our chickens wandering about, and sometimes sheep in the field next door. The property and the house I live in next door are set in a few acres.
Downstairs, there's a step from the living room into the kitchen. It's not a problem, you just notice it.
The village has what you need. There's a community-run shop, a post office, and two pubs. Both pubs serve food.
If you're walking, the Cotswold Way path is only about half a mile away. For a day out, Westonbirt Arboretum is about ten miles. It's good for a stroll. The National Trust's Dyrham Park is also within a half hour drive.
Further afield, Bath and Bristol are both within about 20 miles. Bath has the Roman Baths and Bristol has the harbour and the SS Great Britain.
For facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
